Saved coordinates have an extension name. For conversion of these saved coordinates into a format or FORMAT, the transformations list has to be transformed. To conform to this feature, there is a scaling procedure used, since the introduction of version 35 that was adapted. Updating of versions is strongly recommended. It is important to note that once coordinates are recorded, the scaling tool cannot modify them. What it does is simply attach itself to a file with individual coordinates. This technically gives information regarding the value in form of pixels.

Cannot open coo files?

Not being able to open coo files may be the result of not having the appropriate application installed or Operating System issues. You should ensure

1. The appropriate program is installed
2. Check your Operating System for invalid registry entries and other speed issues.

The resolution of each specific image which means conversion in cm or mm could be corrected by use of spreadsheets like Gnumeric, Excel and Kspread. The scale indicated in the output file has to divide each scale. COO come with a provision of magnification options, which allow easier visualization of landmarks. The size of the image should ideally be decided prior to using COO. It is possible to degrade the image while increasing or decreasing the image back. A magnifying glass should be used rather than zooming on the image further.
